Prayer Requests

What does scripture say about Salvation?

  • All of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s standards. (Romans 3:23)
  • The just punishment for our sin is eternal separation from God in hell. (Romans 6:23)
  • There’s no way we can ever earn our way into heaven. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
  • Jesus, the Son of God, lived a sinless human life among us. (Hebrews 4:14-15)
  • He died on the cross then rose again, defeating sin forever. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
  • Because of Jesus’ perfect sacrifice, we can be reconciled with God and spend eternity with Him in heaven. (John 14:6, Galatians 3:26, John 3:16)
  • Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. (Romans 10:9-10)

What we believe about Salvation?

We believe salvation is our focus and we desire to see the lost of our community be re-introduced to Christ through salvation. In a moment you'll be prompted to pray aloud. There is no magic in the prayer you will pray. Salvation is all about the condition of your heart as you pray. If you are truly ready to surrender your life to Christ and ready to make this life-changing decision, continue on to pray the prayer below.

Please pray the following prayer aloud. Whether you are alone or with a group of friends, family or others. Your praying aloud is an outward declaration of what God is doing in your heart.

Prayer of Salvation:

Lord, I know I am a sinner in need of a savior. Today, I ask for your forgiveness for my sins. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. As a result of this confession, today I am saved. In Jesus name, Amen.
